Our products are shipped with major carriers - UPS, Fedex or USPS. Every order receives a tracking number emailed once the order has shipped to provide a hassle free experience. Plants are shipped using Fedex or USPS. All other items are shipped using UPS.

Our products are shipped from warehouse locations throughout the continental United States. We try to ship your order from the warehouse nearest to you so that it can arrive as quickly as possible. 

All products are generally shipped in 24-72 hours. Holidays can impact these timelines but we try to package and ship orders as soon as possible. Once an order is shipped, it is out of our control and we rely on the carrier to deliver in a timely and quick manner. 

Most orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships; you can also easily track your orders on our site once you create an account. (Note: Exact delivery times are out of our control and dependent on the carrier once the order ships.)
