Where do you ship to?
Foy currently ships to all residential and commercial addresses in the Contiguous U.S. We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or Canada, but hope to do so in the near future.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships; you can also easily track your orders on our site once you create an account. (Note: Exact delivery times are out of our control and dependent on the carrier once the order ships.)

Free shipping for all orders over $100.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged?

I just received the tracking number but nothing shows up on the carrier website. What does this mean?
We like to keep our customers in the loop at every moment, from order placement to delivery. That means, we provide you the tracking number once the shipping label is created. Sometimes, it takes the carrier a few hours to update on their website. Rest assured, a status on their website will update shortly. If you do not see any updates in 48 hours, please contact our support team at email@example.com.
